I love their costumes! First, I'd' like to thank everyone who came to my Open Studio last Saturday night. It was a success in every way. I'm in the process of building up my stock for my second Open Studio on Sunday, December 9th from 11am to 4pm.

Snow Day Inspiration: the White Witch of Narnia

in C. S. Lewis's series, The Chronicles of Narnia. Thursday's snow Storm seemed to catch the Philadelphia area by surprise. I admit to liking snow and love watching my exuberant pups play and tumble in it. After hearing the horror stories of friends who were on the road this afternoon, I was thankful that both my husband and I had the option of staying home today.

The Manhattan Delegation of the Woman Suffrage Party parade through New York. I don't know about you, but when I was exercising my right to vote this past Tuesday, I was thinking about the women who came before me. This year we celebrated the 98th year that women could vote and on this past Tuesday, we elected 100 new women into the House of Representatives!
