Something to wet your appetite
Not sure which title I like better for this piece: Oodles of Noodles or Not for the Gluten Free.
I'm taking a little breather from my Fashion Friday research this week and just posting something whimsical. The above photo popped up on my facebook feed and I couldn't resist. I'll share a few more tasty fashions below, but before I go, I want to invite you to a fun workshop here in my home with the talented professional Make-up Artist, Niki Brennan Wednesday April 24 from 7pm to 9pm.
One of Niki's previous makeup parties. Click on the photo to check out Niki's website.
I don' t know about you, but I always second guess myself when it comes to make-up... especially as I age. I want to appear polished and put together, but I don't want to look like I'm trying too hard. Niki will be here with tips, demos and some fun surprises. Click here for more details and to sign up. I hope these fashions don't make you hungry! See you next Fashion Friday! denise
Fulvio Bonavia created a photo series for his book, titled ‘A Matter of Taste’, in which he explores the relationship of graphic design, art and illustration.
This seems to be a trend with photographers. Photographer Ted Sabarese, portrays his fascination with people and the food that they eat. I've nicknamed my husband the "Dough Boy." Not because he looks like one (quite the opposite), but because he likes all things bread. He would find me irresistible in this ensemble.
And now for my favorite thing: chocolate. Neither of these dresses would last me very long!
Now after all that indulgence, I think I need a salad. This Kale wrapped dress worn by model, Gao Yuanyuan, is brought to us by PETA to encourage us to choose the vegetarian option. This reminds me that I want to plant Kale in my garden this year.
