30 Days, 30 Ways! Day 18: The Holiday Whirlwind

All the festivities around Christmas and the Holiday Season gives us an excuse to bring out some of our favorite things that sit in our closets only to be worn once or twice year. This silhouette is very similar to the Velvet Coat dress I wore yesterday, but the lace netting totally changes the look, the drape and the flow. Like the Velvet piece, I LOVE wearing this but very rarely have the opportunity. Typically, I wear it over a floor length Brown Halter dress to weddings and formal events. The cut and neckline of KOKOON's Farrah Wrap dress is the perfect layering piece, making it a little less dressy, but no less dramatic.

Since we're still in the middle of all the celebrations, there's no good reason to stop wearing the Llynda More Boot Bronze Beauty BootTop. I'm wearing it Bronze Beauty side out, just tucked it in a bit 3 inches from the top to give it the illusion of a cuff and show a little more leg... after all it is the Holidays.
