Fingerless gloves are typically between 13 to 14" long

Full disclosure, the fingerless gloves are very basic.

They're a stretchable tube of fabric with a thumb hole sewn in.

When I added more detail, I had to raise the price.

They are made simply, priced to sell and make a perfect stocking stuffer.
